Rafael's 42nd Birthday - May 22, 2012

With all the furniture and things gone from the house, the best I could do was to make Rafael's favorite steak with baked potatoes.  Top that with take out noodles and ice cream cake and we had a good meal.

Next was a trip to Red Robins for Rafael's favorite burger.  Truth be told, he also likes it because we had a birthday coupon for a free burger.  :)  The best things in life are free!  Hehehe...

 Match that with the company of some good friends... and life is good!

 Months later... looking at these pictures... it still chokes me up knowing that these kids won't be able to grow up together.  :(
